Drizzle a little light olive oil over asparagus and sprinkle a generous amount of French Riveira on. Then just grill, bake, roast or pan fry.
For chicken, just take boneless chicken breasts. Put a little light and/or extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Moisten both sides of the chicken in the oil. Generously sprinkle Riviera Blend on both sides. Grill, bake, saute or fry until golden brown.
Excellent for all grilled vegetables.
Also try sprinkling it over lettuce, tomato, oil, red wine vinegar and goat cheese, a little in tuna, eggs, seafood, roasted potatoes, soy burgers, turkey burgers, tomato & mozzarella salad, spinach salad, soups, pizza and marinara sauces.
Makes a great bread dip too!  Just mix it with a light olive oil and a skinny French  baguette.
